Agreeing to these terms

Kiravu (kiravu.com) is operated by [Operator legal name], [Operator address]. In these terms, "Kiravu", "we" and "us" mean the operator.

These terms are between you and Kiravu. By creating an account or using Kiravu, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. They take effect immediately. If you do not agree, do not use Kiravu.

What Kiravu does

Kiravu is an AI rap video generator. You upload one or two photos, choose a stage, a beat and lyrics, and we render a short video (vertical by default) of the people in your photos rapping or singing an original verse. Videos are rendered by our video provider, KIE (kie.ai), using ByteDance's Seedance models. We may change features, stages, beats or providers at any time.

Kiravu is not affiliated with any artist, record label or COLORS. We do not use any existing song, recording or lyrics.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Kiravu.

You can sign up with an email and password, or sign in with Google. Give us accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Photos and likeness

You are responsible for every photo you upload. When you render a video you confirm that:

• The photo shows you, or a person who gave you permission to use their face in the video.
• It does not show a celebrity or other public figure.
• If it shows a minor, you are their parent or guardian, or you have their parent or guardian's consent.

Before each render you tick a box to confirm this. We record that confirmation with the date and time.

Do not use Kiravu to impersonate someone in a way meant to deceive people.

If your face was used without permission

If you find a Kiravu video that uses your face without your permission, email support@kiravu.com with the link or any details you have. We will remove it.

Lyrics and content rules

You are responsible for the lyrics you write. You may not create lyrics or videos that are:

• Sexual or sexually explicit.
• Hateful, or aimed at a person's race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar traits.
• Harassing, threatening, bullying or defamatory.
• Illegal, or a breach of anyone's rights.

Roasts are for fun. Keep them friendly and make sure the person in the photo is in on the joke.

Before anything is charged, your lyrics go through an automated safety filter. We may refuse lyrics it flags. Refused lyrics cost nothing.

We may refuse to render a video, remove videos, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Credits on an account closed for breaking these rules are not refunded.

AI output

The vocals and beats are generated by AI and are original. AI results can be imperfect. A face may not look exactly like you, lip-sync may drift, and the result may differ from what you pictured. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

Credits and payment

• The credit cost depends on the model, resolution and length you pick. A standard song (12 seconds at 720p on Standard) costs 10 credits. A 12-second clip costs from 5 credits (480p on Standard) to 93 credits (1080p on Flagship), and shorter or longer clips scale proportionally. Aspect ratio does not change the price. The cost is shown before you start a render.
• Credits from one-time packs never expire.
• On a monthly plan you get new credits each month, valid for 30 days. On a yearly plan you get the whole year's credits up front, valid for 365 days.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time in Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Credits are added to your account right away. If you live in the EU or the UK, our Refund Policy explains how this affects your 14-day right to withdraw.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Payments are handled by Stripe and by other providers the operator may enable, such as Creem or PayPal.

If a render fails, including when the video model's own safety filter turns it down, the credits come back automatically. Every finished video also gets an automatic lyric check, and a take that misses too many words is re-rendered once for free. Our Refund Policy has the full rules, including when lyric-check credits come back.

Your videos

You can use the videos you create for personal use and for sharing on social media and messaging apps. We give you a license to use your finished videos for those purposes, and we do not claim ownership of your photos or your lyrics. You give Kiravu and our providers permission to process your photos and lyrics so we can render your video.

We do not publish your videos in our examples, ads or social posts without your permission.

You are responsible for how you use and share your videos, including any rights of the people in them.

Using Kiravu fairly

Do not try to break, overload or scrape the service, get around its limits, or use it to break the law.

Availability

We aim to keep Kiravu running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

Ending your account

You can stop using Kiravu or ask us to close your account at any time. We may remove videos, and suspend or close your account, if you break these terms, abuse chargebacks or put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment, liability and governing law, continue after your account ends.

Disclaimer and liability

Kiravu is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of the page, and for significant changes we may also tell you through the service. If you keep using Kiravu after a change, you accept the new terms.
